First thought is that one shard contains one mainland,and a mainland are devided into some zone and one zone is managed by one AI service (not so sure about this part).
How many players can be handled by one AIS?(efficiency)
If there is only one DSS to handle message from AIS and clients (and send .primitive to AIS?),is there one DSS enough for the usage?
